Veteran Cards can be used to access DVA-funded medical and mental health treatment, as well as prescription medicines in Australia. States and Territories, and businesses may also offer concessions and benefits to Veteran Card holders. More information can be found on DVA’s website. Veteran Card – All Conditions include cards printed with TPI, EDA, or War Widow(er).

Tasmanian Seniors Card

The Tasmanian Seniors Card is free to join and provides cardholders with discounts from participating businesses and government services. The Seniors Card is part of a national program. All State and Territory governments issue their own Seniors Card, and the benefits vary.

Generally, businesses (including tours, attractions, public transport and accommodation) in one state will usually recognise cards from another. Participating business partners are featured in both the online Directory on the website and the printed Directory. New Business Partners are welcomed on the Tasmanian Seniors Card Facebook page.

Tasmanian Companion Card

The Tasmanian Companion Card is available to people who require a companion to attend community facilities, activities and events. This card allows the holder to receive a free second ticket for their companion carer from participating businesses and organisations on presentation of card.

The Companion Card is part of a national program and can be used interstate. Generally, businesses (including tours, attractions, public transport and accommodation) in one state will usually recognise cards from another.
