Enduring Power of Attorney
When the Public Trustee is appointed as the attorney, there is no charge to prepare an Enduring Power of Attorney for eligible concession card holders.
Eligibility card must be presented and applies to one appointment in a 12-month period.
Note: This is for a standard appointment. If your affairs are complicated or more time is required, additional time may be charged.
