Council rates concession
A reduction on local government rates to the lesser of the capped amount or 30% is available as of 1 July, each year.
Eligibility:
- Hold an eligible concession card.
- Reside at the property as their principal place of residence.
- Is legally responsible to the council for the rates of the property.
DVA Veteran Gold Card must be printed TPI or War Widow in accordance with the Local Government (Rates and Charges Remissions) Regulations 2014.
